Myanmar Telecommunication Network Public Company Limited (MTN) is carrying out a pilot project, Outside Service Plant (OSP) Maintenance, from Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. MTN is responsible for maintaining over (18,000) of fixed telephone lines in Mayangone Township. MCC is providing the project with Customer Database Management, Customer Relationship Management System and Real Time Customer Complaint Control Management and other technical matters. MTN was awarded to carry out OSP maintenance for Mingalardone Township and Htauk Kyant Township on 1st May 2017.
